Again, the actions of one homicidal schlubb ruin it for the rest of us. The V-Tech shooting has prompted Congress into examining and possibly revising The Federal Educational Rights and Privacy Act enacted in 1974. This law gives parents the right to see records in the case of an emergency if the student consents.

Mental Health services at UCLA leave something to be desiredReally, what I was saying as early as last year, but I guess 33 people have to get booted from IRL before it really sinks in.
